Who is responsible for home repairs?
Homeowners are fully responsible for all maintenance and repairs inside and outside their individual homes. The community management maintains shared common areas and park infrastructure.
How do I submit a request for lot or common area maintenance?
If you notice an issue in the common areas or require lot-related maintenance, you can submit a request through the Resident Portal or call your community's Property Manager during regular office hours.
Lot Modifications & Community Guidelines
Can I make changes to my home or lot?
Yes, but prior written approval is required. You must submit an architectural or lot change request to the office before beginning any exterior modifications, painting, landscaping changes, or additions.
Are fences, sheds, or decks allowed?
Fences, storage sheds, and decks may be allowed, but they must receive prior approval from management and comply with all community architectural guidelines and local municipal building codes.
