Emergency Guidelines & FAQs

Learn what qualifies as a property emergency, key reporting steps, and after-hours contacts for your community.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, a fire, or a medical crisis, please dial 911 immediately before contacting property management.

What is considered a property emergency?

Emergency situations require immediate attention to prevent property damage or ensure resident safety. Examples include:

  • Major water leaks or main pipe bursts
  • Gas leaks
  • Sewer backups
  • Dangerous or hazardous conditions in community common areas
How do I report a water or sewer issue?

Contact the office or submit an urgent request through the resident portal immediately. For severe after-hours emergencies, contact your Property Manager directly.

What should I do if my power goes out?

Contact your local electric utility provider first to check for regional outages. If the outage is isolated to the community's infrastructure, notify the park office.

How do I report suspicious activity?

Call local law enforcement (911 or non-emergency police line) first, and then notify the park office.
