3. Can I install holiday decorations?
Yes, holiday decorations are welcome. However, they must be safe, respectful, and completely removed within the timeframe specified in your community rules following the holiday.
4. How long does it take for a rental application to be processed?
Applications are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after all required documents and information have been submitted. Processing times may vary depending on third-party verification. Please contact the community office for updates on your application status.
